Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GURUKRUPA INFOTECH, we aim to deliver quality technology services and a smooth booking experience. This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our services and appointments.

1. Free Consultations & Appointments

  • Free consultation and app slot bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may limit your ability to rebook future free slots.
  • If GURUKRUPA INFOTECH cancels your appointment, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative time.

2. Paid Services & Projects

  • Refund eligibility for paid software development, IT services, or digital projects is governed by the specific contract or quotation signed between you and GURUKRUPA INFOTECH.
  • Advance payments or deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, charges for completed milestones and work-in-progress will apply.

3. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund under your agreement:

  • Submit a written refund request to info@gurukrupainfotech.com with your name, project/booking reference, and reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Service Delays

If we are unable to deliver a service within the agreed timeline due to reasons within our control, we will communicate the delay and work toward a fair resolution. This may include revised timelines or partial refunds as mutually agreed in the project contract.

5. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Client-provided requirements were fulfilled as agreed in the contract
  • Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of response from the client
  • Third-party platform fees, domain, or hosting charges already incurred on your behalf
  • Violation of our Terms of Service by the client

6. Disputes

We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns before escalating to a formal dispute. Contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly through discussion.
